Who is this Cowgirl?

So here’s the low down.  Barbara is one of the consistent Top Producers in the near East Bay, and the Number 1 Producer in her Prudential offices for 10 years running. In her travels, she has helped Buyers buy and Sellers sell over 300 properties.   And for those global thinkers out there, she is in the top 2% of Prudential agents nationally.  

Barbara has a team who assist her to provide the best service to her clients.  A Listing Coordinator who makes sure her listings always look their best, and are marketed to the utmost on the Internet.  An Escrow Coordinator who makes sure all transactions are buttoned up through escrow.   And a Short Sale Negotiator who knows the banks and  helps expedite short sales.  

With the help of her team, Barbara has sold in all neighborhoods of the near East Bay … from Berkeley and Oakland to Alameda and Albany, El Cerrito and Emeryville, Piedmont and Kensington, Richmond and San Leandro. 

In terms of how she got to where she is, Barbara was a copywriter for advertising and marketing for some 20 years.   In fact, you might have seen some of her TV spots for the original Saturn campaign.  At the same time, Barbara has been a real estate investor for over 20 years, and owns property in Berkeley, Oakland, Alameda, and San Francisco.

Somewhere along that road, she must have learned something about how to market and bring out the best in whoever she’s representing.
