So here's the low down. I am the Number One Producer for the Claremont office of Prudential California Realty. Truth be told, I have been the Top Producer in my office for the last 7 years. And for those global thinkers out there, I'm in the top 2% of Prudential nationally.
In a previous life, I was a copywriter for advertising and marketing. You might have seen some of my TV spots for the original Saturn campaign. At the same time, I've been a real estate investor for about 20 some years, and have owned property in Berkeley, Oakland, Alameda and San Francisco.
Anyway, somewhere along that road, I must have learned something about how to bring out the best in whoever I'm representing.
For Buyers, that often means helping them see through the clutter and educating them on what's a good deal...and what isn't. It can mean helping them see how they could inexpensively make a property better. Or is can even mean "packaging" them so they can win in multiple offers.
And for Sellers? My listing typically sell well above those of the average agent (it's called list to sale price ratio). And even in this market, 100% of my listings have sold this past year, more than half with multiple offers. Luck? Maybe, just maybe, it has something to do with the way I market and advertise, which is a little different than the rest of the corral.
In any case, enough to separate a cowgirl from the rest of the boys.
And for Buyers? Well, in the same way I package houses or properties for sale, I package Buyers. So they can be successful in the hotly competitive East Bay real estate market. In fact, I have a 90 percent success rate in multiple offer situations versus an area average of 20 percent for other real estate agents.
Oh yes, and for those global thinkers out there, I'm in the top 5% nationally of Prudential Real Estate--and a member of the Director's Club and the Leading Edge of Prudential.
